Horrible customer service, item came damaged |

Ordered above item to replace an older faulty one we had. Took over a week just to ship out with no updates. When the control box finally did arrive, it was damaged in shipping. It was packaged in a small USPS priority box, with no packing. Control box is damaged, with parts rattling inside. Sent an email with photos, opened a "claim ticket" still no reply.....
